User Agreement & Terms of Service

Operated by Camzoid Limited (RC 7281688), 47, 4th Floor, ED Building Street, Marina, Lagos, Nigeria (“EcoCredit”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What EcoCredit is

EcoCredit is a neutral intermediary. We do not own, weigh, inspect, buy, sell, transport, or take possession of materials exchanged between users. Pickups, prices, weights, grades, and deliveries are arranged solely between users.

2. Fees

Household → operator transactions carry an 8% platform fee (5% household, 3% operator). Operator → recycler transactions carry a 4% platform fee, shared 2% each. Funds are held in escrow and released after the required confirmations. EcoCredit may deduct its fee before settlement.

3. Eco Points

Eco Points accrue at 1 point per ₦1,000 transacted. They have no cash value and are not a currency. Any reward tied to Eco Points is discretionary.

4. Payments

Payouts are processed by third-party providers (including Paystack). EcoCredit is not a bank. Chargebacks and provider outages are governed by that provider's terms.

5. Your conduct

Provide accurate details, including a valid phone number. Comply with Nigerian law, including environmental, waste-handling, tax, and licensing requirements. Stolen, hazardous, or prohibited materials are forbidden.

6. As-is service

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcoCredit and Camzoid Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, materials, or payment arising from your use of the platform or dealings with another user. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to platform fees you actually paid in the three months before the claim.

8. Governing law

Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts of Lagos State.
